Minister Loréal Angelíque was born and raised in Mobile, AL, in the central gulf
coast region. Loréal is the older one of two children and grew up in a non-conventional
blended family environment. God used that environment to cultivate a sense of His presence and voice in her
life which is her personal longing; walking with God uniquely: one-on-one, authentically, and vulnerably.
Minister Loréal Angelíque has BA in Theology from Oakwood University with a concentration in
Pastoral Evangelism, and a minor in Biblical Languages, Food and Nutrition. The summer prior to attending
Oakwood University, she was a member of a Literature Evangelist team that traveled through parts of the US
building up communities and spreading the gospel using the printed page which she counted thoroughly
enriching. Answering the call to ministry in 2009, she walked wherever God led— Literature Evangelist
leader, Pastor of Evangelism, and as a Chaplain in several roles just to name a few. While attending Oakwood,
she met her best friend who became the love of her life: Karl Moise.
God continued to open doors where Loréal received sponsorship by Adventist Healthcare Systems that
paved the way in completing her Masters of Divinity at Andrews University Theological Seminary with an
emphasis in Pastoral Care and Counseling and 5 units of Clinical Pastoral Education. During Seminary, she
served on a Evangelism team that traveled to Cuba. There she was able to witness many souls give their lives
to Christ and transportation assistance provided to the pastors by the donation of 125 bicycles. She calls herself
a “minister” because God has used her in many roles and continues to create mini stirs within her when
speaking. She is currently serving as a Chaplain at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center where she
enjoys collaborating with other faith traditions, serving as an Executive member of Women's Ministries of
Florida Conference, small groups discussions, singing, speaking, and Creation health workshops. On the more
athletic side, she enjoys weight lifting, walking/jogging, and fitness classes.
Loreal’s core motivation in ministry is God’s affirming love that was given to Jesus, “This is my
beloved daughter and I am pleased with [her].” She is most passionate about living a healthy, whole, and
joyful life. She is engaged to Pastor Karl Moise and looks forward to marriage in 2019.
